u can search it in google, u will surely get various best designs.....
ha, but I suggest u to use foam sheet or handmade sheet for decorating ur file cover as it will make ur file attractive and give ur file a firm look....

these are some of my own designs that i used. hope you'll like them:
1. cover it with an old newspaper or page of an old book and draw something like the first picture.
2. make drawings on graph paper like emojis(see the 2&3 picture) or based on the subject( search the internet for them)
3. the last option is to use your own imagination and creativity to complete the task
