well I would say:
1) Join NGO programs do good for them publicly.Example- Help poor on the railway station.
2)Write reports or articles to newspaper so that it might publish.
3) As well as helping a NGO program start some kind of your own program.
4)If you have been good in studies and pretty famuous or a little bit famous donate your money or charity for their well being.
5)Send numerous letters to government for starting more and more NGO programs.
6)Be an example to others by becoming good at behaviour.
