On october 12 cyclone is expected at vishakapatnam in Andhra pradesh .while destruction is guaranteed,state and national agencies are moving in meet the zero loss of  life . It is very dangerous cyclone and a large disaster. However in last 15 years india only has three cyclones of this magnitude but goverment taken step and helped the people, so there is no loss of life but property is lost .what ever the evolving and eventual situation,could we going to weaken as as happened in phailin .As a result crop production lost and people suffering without power from one week onwards.so government should know their sufferings and help them
