I want the answer for this question why did the poet uses the word sea sands rather than beach from the poem the tide rises the tide falls

Well that could be because------

beach is a landform which comes into existence due the sands eroded and deposited on the coastal areas. That might have one more reason that is because it's more poetic while normally it's not used
