area of equilateral triangle= 9√3cm^2. Area = √3a^2/4 where=6cm

5. Height = √ (5)^2 - (4)^2
= √25-16
= √9
= 3cm
Now, Area of triangle = 1/2*base*height
=1/2*4*3
=6cm^2

3. Altitude of isosceles triangle = √a^2 - b^2/4
= √5^2-6^2/4
=√25-36/4
=√25-9
=√16
= 4cm

Now, Area of isosceles triangle = b*h/2
=6*4/2
=24/2
=12 cm^2
