y = 8 \frac{ {x}^{4} }{4} - 4 \frac{ {x}^{2} }{2}+ x

y = 2 {x}^{4}  - 2 {x}^{2}  + x

at y(1)=3

y = 2. {1}^{4}  - 2 .{1}^{2}  + 1 = 2 - 2 + 1 = 1
