Yes, current will be induced in the coil B.

{ induced EMF = rate of change of flux w.r.t. time = d(Φ)

And flux(Φ) = Magnetic Field(B). Area(A) = B.A

whenever flux changes, EMF will induce and this induced EMF will lead to current. }

In this case when current in loop A will change magnetic field due to this loop will also change(as magnetic field of loop depends on current in it)

This will cause change in the flux through loop B and hence an EMF will be induced and also current.
