Dear diary,

I cannot seem to summon up enough courage to stand against the wrongdoers. All my life I have been shunned from one corner to the corner. I have lived in a boarding school with the warden hitting children mercilessly, God forbid they ask for more food. We are not fed enough, washed enough, treated well enough. Only to showcase us to the social services we are treated somewhat decently. Everything is fake. Mrs.Mann was a nightmare to begin with. I do not understand that how will I end this embarrassment and get out of this place which is a hellhole for all of us poor boys.

Dear diary,
Today I had my board exam which was not great. I was really scared answering the paper as it is really important for future studies.

Firstly when i saw the paper, i was already shivering how you enter Antarctica. I learnt a lot for this exam and my parents also knows it. Eventually, i had to leave a few questions because I didn’t know them. They were for 2-3 marks but still i feel vad because i really want to get above 80 percent so that i go to a good college. I don’t want to stay back in my class and my friends pass the exam and go to 11 grade. My parents will feel really bad which is really bad as they had high hopes on me. I was thankful-of my friends who gave me notes when i was absent. Half the questions i knew i will get it right. I am scared for the other ones.

I hope i pass at least, i am really scared. Bye
