To find whether the speaker is good speaker we find it out by their behavior

For example: Confidence: The person must have confidence he must not stammer while speaking.

By seeing the time limit between words and the punctuation between the words and see how the person is trying to make you understand about what he is saying. By seeing this you can make out whether the person is speaking by himself/herself or by memorizing it.

If he/she explains by themself they would explain it in short.

He/ She would enforce the main point twice or thrice.
