U have to keep a dictionary first.Then read english novels. That will help u to increase ur vocabulary..then look the meanings of the words u dont know. Watch english films and read english newspaper.

everyday you have to learn 5 short paragraph or short story and new 5 words.read the English newspapers more time you talk in English with your friends relatives and parents. if you do this for 1 year also you will success.
