i want to ask why have been or has been is used in simple perfect tensesit is confusing for me

Have been is used in things when you are saying things like 'I' or 'you'.

EX: You have been very bad (or) I have been very bad

Has been is used in things when you are saying things like 'he' or 'my'.

EX: My dog has been very bad (or) he has been very bad
