I want to attach a CD-ROM to an e mail . can it be possible ? Also give some items that can be attached to an e mail​

Absolutely Yes. But only if you convert all your CD-ROM's data into a .iso file.

Then it could be sent with email, then mounted, and then used as a normal CD-ROM. The only thing is that the .iso file needs to be unmounted before deleting or else it can make your pc unstorable.
