i want to become a social activist as i have great interest in that but i m going to take science after 10th this year for medical. so what should i do to do both things. if any gentle person can suggest?

Bro do whatever YOU want, not your parents.
If you want to be a doctor, then give up on being activist as you can't imagine how much you have to work in order to successfully get an MBBS or MD/MS
If you try to do BOTH, then you're throwing yourself in HELL.
You won't be getting ANY time, even for your family or friends. Don't take the prestigious title of a doctor for granted. If you personally prefer being an activist, then go for it and leave medical field.
