area of the enclosed isosceles triangle: Asector = R²/2 (θ - sin(θ)) 
let the sector area equal to 1/3 of the circle area: 
R²/2 (θ - sin(θ)) = πR²/3 
2π/3 = θ - sin(θ) 
θ ≈ 2.605325674600903 radians (149.2741654º) 
 The lines should be ≈ 1.854524592 units from the center of the circle
