there are mainly two areas that you have to improve in order to be perfect in English. They are your theory part / written language and your practical one / speaking one. To improve written language you must be fluent in writing in four line copies. You should write a lot to improve your English. Even though you know English your way of writing it should be good. For improving your speaking skill you should be able to speak English in a fluent way and that too by considering the basic ideas. You can only get that after attending a lot of coaching classes  for speech. You should read English news papers daily. Then, if you are not aware about the basic of English then you should surely attend communicative classes.

I think for improving your speaking skills in english you should start speaking in it at your home,school and everywhere.make english speaking your daily routine and try to find more better words for speaking,this will enhance your vocabolary!!
