i want to know causing effect of water pollution

Water pollution, one of the biggest tragedies of this earth which feels unreal, but is the ugly truth, without water there is no source of life, harmful wastes from chemical industries, domestic wastes, excretes of animals and humans living near river banks pollute the water resource without thinking about it, it might be due to illiteracy but major actions must be took to prevent it. Causes are infinite but the solution is only one, i.e, to conserve it!

3) Many hazardous diseases
3) Ifvirus present in polluted water may cause viral hepatitis, poliomyelitis etc
4) Some minerals may present more than required
