i want to know that in menstruatal cycle egg come out every 28 days so i want to know that egg come everyday(28) or once in (28)

it is a long process egg experiences several stages inside uterus and if fertilization doesn't occur in its fertile days then the egg comes out with mucus, muscles and blood on 28 day which we call as menstruation.
