new breadth is b+ 10/100*b = 11B / 10

Old area was l*b

new area is 6l/5 * 11b/10 = 33lb/25

Percentage change = final - initial / initial * 100

33lb/25 - lb / lb * 100

After solving this you will get

8/25 * 100 = 32%
