 {( \frac{5}{2}) }^{2}  \div  {( \frac{5}{7} )}^{3x + 1}  =  {( \frac{5}{7} )}^{4}  \\  \\  {( \frac{5}{7}) }^{3x + 1}  =  {( \frac{5}{7} )}^{4}  \times  {( \frac{5}{7} )}^{2}  \\  \\   {( \frac{5}{7} )}^{3x + 1}  =  { (\frac{5}{7} )}^{4 + 2}  \\  \\  {( \frac{5}{7}) }^{3x + 1}  =   { (\frac{5}{7} )}^{6}  \\  \\ 3x + 1 = 6 \\  \\ 3x = 6 - 1 \\  \\ 3x = 5 \\  \\ x =  \frac{5}{3}
