I want to know the procedure of the 13th and 14th question

13. Area of octagon = Area of 2 Trapezium + Area of a Rectangle

◙ Area Of Trapezium = (1/2)*sum of parallel sides*perpendicular side

= (1/2)*(15+8)*(6)

= (1/2)*(23)*(6)

= 23*3

= 69 m^2

Area of 2 Trapezium   = 69*2 = 138 m^2 -----------------(1)

Now Area of Rectangle = L*B

= 15*8

= 120 m^2 ------------------(2)

For area of Octagon Adding 1 and 2

138+120 = 258 m^2
