I want to learn a foreign language. Out of all my options, which include German, French, Spanish and Italian, which one would you suggest?

It is your choice. Choose the language which interests you the most. You can also choose more than one. the more, the better. In my opinion, I like french.

French, German are nowadays taught as fourth language in schools. So I would suggest you to learn either Spanish or Italian as it will be easy to learn because it's similar to English. But if you want to learn a bit difficult one then choose french as it will be challenging!
Easy one then means Italian.
