There are soo many ways you can do this. But most important is to shut your internet off when you follow it.

Buy a good textbook - could be C by K&R or C++ by S Lippman.

Get a computer, without internet connection - if you have internet at home switch off your router for 2 hours.

Start reading the book and solving the small programs it has on computer.

Keep a notebook to capture concepts as you learn.

Revise this everyday until you master them.

If you can consistently spend 3hrs/day for next 2 to 3 years doing this - there is a high chance that you will end up being a good programmer with mastery over your subject.

Also, as you master the language start solving basic Data structures and Algorithms in this language, so by the 5th year you will be a rockstar programmer.
