u can time table like
at 6 u can wake up and do exercise yoga meditation etc
that will fresh up your mind
after then take your time do breakfast do what u want to do
at 10 start studying or doing homework of your classes or do a revision for your class
2:30take your lunch
and fresh up till 3:30 do anything
and then start making time table what u will do which chapter from 4 to 6:45
and then take a break by meditation it is good for your concentration power meditation is about 15 minutes
then do some revision at 7 if 4to 6:45 and then spend some family time and do dinner and keep gap of 2 hrs in between dinner and sleep for digesting and don't wake up at late night do dinner at 7 and do some walk and see some TV and sleep at 9
