Look at the top corner of the first page of the shopping website...You'll see option like something...Just tap on that...Now select the option my order or something like that...You'll see your orders there...Now tap on the item that you want to return...Give your bank details so that they would refund you...A delivery boy will come to take that item...
This only works if the item is returnable...
