i want to speak english fluently , many people says , " You will learn frm reading newspaper, listening to music...bt i got no satisfaction becoz how  would i came to knw the correct pronounciation and in music how i came to knw they used the correct english becoz all singers sing their song in their style....pls help me what can i do for my correct fluency

Reading newspapers will only improve your vocabulary but not your spoken English. Watch a lot of news channels and some decent English programmes. To have good command and fluency in English, you must have a passion towards it. If you're in school, try participating in debates, elocution. Don't be worried if you're wrong.
