If u want to speak perfect English u should try to speak it with your parents $ friends. U should also read more and more English story books. U should daily take a word from dictionary and write in a copy its meaning , usage and a sentence.

To speak 'perfect' English, you must first star with the basics.
By improving your grammer, you can speak English fluently.
And having a wide vocabulary never hurts.
To speak good English, study *articles* *determiners* *pronouns* etc eg THE Taj Mahal, A LITTLE water, THE FEW friends I HAVE ...
Also, your vocabulary must be wide enough for you to know the words used in most conversations. There are some other words used in English which have been taken from languages like French or German (except for simple words that every one uses, like cliché, I mean those words are even used by 11 year olds in a country like ours ) They are not really necessary to know, not many Americans or English people use these words..
Know the difference between the UK English and the US English like airplane and aeroplane. It is minuscule but, well it exists..
Speak to people who talk in English, listen to English songs, read English newspapers etc.
I speak English fluently and have often been mistaken to be an American-indian. This development took 3 years.
The most important thing is your grammer. The next thing is your pronunciation. Improve those two and you will be notably good in English.
Hope this helps you.
Best of luck!
