plants are autotrophs. they make their own food. the food is manufactured by cells and leaves and leaves are called its food factories . the exchange of gases takes place by stomata on the lower side on the leaf . but they are closed at night. the opening and closing is controlled by guard cell

plant cell has large vacuoles. They have cell wall made up of cellulose(a complex substance) .it has plastics of 2 variety. - chloroplasts and leucoplasts.
