Self-defense training is necessary for women as today women face lot of dangers and threats, and these will help her.  Some of the factors you should provide in your report are provided below;

•    Rising crime against women in society
•    Inadequate number of police forces
•    Increase in number of female workers who travels during odd hours
•    Women are not even safe in their houses
