You can write about a farmer (who is poor in appearance but has a faithful heart) and you can make a character say Ron (an ambitious,well educated,orphan,jealous,middle aged person)....Ron and the farmer meet together......Ron treats the farmer badly......Ron fell sick and no one helped him even his besties.....But the farmer pick him and admits him to the hospital and pays on his own......When Ron wake up the farmer was gone
