Someone has said that habits are of two types:good habits and bad habits.
For a better life we should have good habits. Habits are the mirror of our heart as it shows our behaviour.
A good habit is 10 times stronger than a bad one.
So have good habits.

AGOOD HABITS US TEN TIMES STRONGER THAN A BAD HABIT.
Parents should devlop good habits in their students from early life too. It is rightly said that early to bead , early to rise , makes a man, healthy wealthy and wise. Habits are those acts which a man indulge in his life to act upon.
These habits are devloped from different sources. Man have no control over the thrist and hunger , therefore these ate man so- called devloped habits.A walk in a morning is a good healthy habit. Need of devloped society has devloped man habits that he cannot live in isolation. Man live in groups. Other weeps, he laughs , this is bad habit.
Above there are goid and bad habits mentioned. A good habit makes him feel good but a bad makes hus reputation in the society low. We accquire bad and good habits from our friends and family and society also. Smoking , drinking alochol are bad habits , one should adopt good otherwise he would become a big joke in society. Habits are easy to acquire but difficult to give up. They have great hold on people, they are not easily broken.So , it is better not to acquire bad habit than to break it and try to give up later.
