If you are using utorrent then just change the download location and change the name of it. Also go to preferences and uncheck the default download location. It happens to me always. But it stopped after i unchecked the download location on preferences. Also you can try changing the security settings of the download location folder plus the download manager i.e utorrent (or maybe other).

they are same. utorrent is just the lite version of bittorrent
