I was driving fast. As I hit the main road, I saw an upturned motorbike and a man lying beside it. I decided to help but the thought of my grumpy boss and a prefixed business meeting with one of our associates struck my mind. The previous day, myboss had asked me to positively turn this meeting into a deal or else be prepared to face the consequences. am a man of morals, so I preferred a person's life over my career and hence my car to help him. With the help of a few pedestrians, I got the man to my car, drove him to the nearby hospital, got him admitted and informed his family. As I sat there, worried about my career saw an old man running towards the ICU. He came out after ten minutes and thanked me. His gesture was a bit different. He fixed his gaze upon the ID that I was wearing. The next day went to my ofter scared and as soon as I entered the office my Nanmoned me up went into the cabin and found the same old man sitting there, then came to know that he was the one I was to address in the meeting and the man whom I helped was his son. The incident not only got me the deal and satisfaction but also a subsequent promotion.

The title of the story can be “Humanity- the first priority.”
the moral of the story is that one should always opt for humanity before any other thing. Good deeds which we do without being selfish are always rewarded. People should always help others when they are in need of it. In the story, the narrator helped the person who has met with an accident without thinking about himself. He saved his life and hence got rewarded in another way. Therefore we should always help others.
