its inadequacy....... although the person was trained, the training was not enough.....

Incapability refers to someone who is not in strength to perform or not having the capability which is necessary for some act or function.
Whereas, inadequacy refers to something which is not sufficient in quality or quantity as per the requirement.
Therefore, the above sentence "I was not train enough for the game." is an inadequacy because there is lack of training. The quality of training is not sufficient.
