I was topper in 9th class and so in 10th getting 94-96 percentage with 1st position but in 10th midterm, UT-2 and prepreboard, I fall down to 87 percentage and now I am far from 1 st position. What to do? I am not able to concentrate on studies. Plzz tell.I am now unaware about the 10th syllabus.Is it social media causing this. Now i have my pre boards from 13 of Jan. Pls guide.

yeah, it can be social media i would like to suggest you to keep your phone/device on airplane mode and study in a fixed routine.

you can try many study techniques(can be easily found on yt).
