Active Voice refers to a sentence in which the subject is performing the action.

Passive Voice refers to a sentence in which the subject undergoes the action. In other words, it is writing the sentence in reverse order.

Example: I love playing video games. (Active)

Playing video games are loved by me. (Passive)

NOTE: Sentences that convey habitual actions/have intransitive verbs cannot be changed to passive mode.

I wash my clothes. (Active)

My clothes are washed by me. (Passive)
