i ) The chemical properties of all the isotopes of an element are same because they have the same number of protons and electrons

ii ) The atomic number of the element 'x' will be 12 as tin he k shell max no. of electrons can be 2 , in L - 8 and in M there are 2 so 2 + 8 + 2 = 12

So the atomic number is 12
