(i) Actually 2 molecules of CaSO4 are attracted with 1 molecule of H2O. It was written as CaSo4. 1/2 H2O just to specify no of water molecules per molecules of salt.

(ii) Sodium hydrogen carbonate is an essential ingredient in most antacids because it is slightly alkaline in nature. So, it will react in a appropriate amount.

(iii) Chlor-Alkali stands for Chlorine and Alkaline respectively.
