An example can be seen in the French Revolution where there was a very wide disparity between the status of the people in the first and second estate and those of the third estate. The people and the first and second estate , were regarded as novels, were exempt from tax is an own the vast resources of France including the land.The people in the third estate for pigeons and the middle class people who were not regarded as novels, were owned very little and was subjected to heavy taxation. 1. Protection of minimum wages - the minimum wage at which a casual worker is employed should be fixed and maintained uniformly irrespective of gender and age in different parts of the country.
2. Ensuring Unemployment Allowance in case a casual worker gets no work for months together. It would help him and his family to survive through the hard times.
3. Strict compliance with the rules and the program - In a vast country like India, rules are already there, yet they are not put into practice which causes the unprivileged class to be trapped in the vicious circle and they never come out of their misfortune.
