The given sentence in the passive form is:

The job will be finished (by me) by the end of this week.

* In case of active voice, the subject directly performs an action. So, the structure is: Subject+ verb+ object

* In case of passive voice, the subject interchanges its position with the object.

So the structure is: Object+ verb+ subject

* In this case, the subject is 'I', the verb is 'will finish' and objects are job( direct) and week( indirect).

The job will be finished by me by the end of this week.

Explanation:

In English language two kind of voices are used to describe or narrate something.

  • Active voice
  • Passive voice

In active voice the subject is the doer and object is the thing or person on which action is performed.

In passive voice, the place of subject and object is changed and third from of verb is used along with modal plus main verb.

Active voice:

I will finish the job by the end of this week.

Passive voice:

The job will be finished by me by the end of this week.
