it is very good if u help ur neighbourhood but according to me u should not expect anything from them because -

• it is said that if today u help somebody then the next day or in ur need definitely god will help u.
• god and society loves them who love others .

moreover,if u a help a good person or a kind heart person then they will help you in ur need but if u help a cruel person then they may not help you but god definitely will help you.
