S = ut + ½.at²

100 = (u4) + (½*0.10*16)

100 - 0.80 = 4u .. .. u = 99.20 / 4 = 24.8 cm/s !!

♦♦ If F=10N ..and .. m=1kg .. .. then a=10/1 = 10.0m/s²

100 = (u4) + (½*10*16)

100 - 80 = 4u .. .. u = 20/4 = 5 cm/s
