its a ionic bond bro! see element a is potassium. and element b is chlorine. element is highly metallic in nature whereas element b is highly non metallic in nature. and also element a loses a electron and transfers directly to element b . and both elements tend to attain stability by forming a compound kcl. hope you understand please mark brainliest.
