OK ONE OF THE REASON IS THAT VIRUS DO NOT CONTAIN SPECIFIC BODY STRUCTURE ....THEY USE A PROTEIN LAYER TO COVER THEMSELVES AND ALSO KEEP ON INCREASING THEIR RESISTIVE POWERS.
