Let us split into two rectangles

So if we split
Volume of rectangle A = lbh
10 x 10 x 7 = 700

Rectangle B
6 x6 x 5 = 150

So
700 + 150 = 850 = Volume of prisms

Answer:

QUESTION

FIND THE VOLUME OF THE SOLID .

ANSWER

THERE CAN BE TWO PARTS OF THE SOLID .

1ST CUBIOD

L = 10 CM

B= 7CM

H = 8CM

2ND CUBOID

L = 6 CM

B = 5CM

H = 8 CM

VOL = 10 ×7×8

= 560 CM ^2

VOL = 6 ×5×8

= 240 CM ^2

ADDING BOTH THE VOLUMES

560 + 240

= 800 CM^2

HOPE THAT HELPS

EXTRA

  • VOL : L × B × H
