Arg z1 bar=  \frac{\pi}{5} \\
then Arg z1=  \frac{ - \pi}{5} \\
we know that in complex conjugate the value of magnitude does not change,but argument changes its sign
so Arg z1+Arg z2=
 \frac{ - \pi}{5} + \frac{\pi}{3} \\ = \frac{ - 3\pi + 5\pi}{15} \\ = \frac{2\pi}{15}
