the logic behind is :
suppose in 951 , add the first two numbers (9+5) and subtract the last digit .
that is (9 + 5) - 1 = 13

It is because in 354, when we add the first two digits i.e. 3+4, we get 8 and then subtract the last digit i.e 4 from 8, we get 4
Again, in 852, when we add the first two digits, we get 13 and subtracting last digit from 13, we get 11
Similarly this is the case with 794 and again doing this with 951 ,we get 13 in relation.
