I woke up with the start that something odd was in my room. The cupboard was opened and things were scattered around. My room looked like a mess! But, who did this? What did they want? Are they still here? All kinds of ominous possibilities began to haunt me. Moreover, all my room never looked like this, I always keep my room neat and tidy. The only person in my house that is NEVER tidy is my little brother. But, why would he do this? I rushed downstairs to my brothers room to ask him weather he had anything to do with this. Surprisingly, he was in bed! I was bowled over! I went to my mom and dad too. They said "Oh that... I think..." and then they changed it to "Really? Suspicious" and then finally told "We have no idea who it is". I knew somethings strange. Everyone in the house were acting different.
During lunch time, when I arrived at the dinning table, the lights were off and the place was deserted. When I sat down, the light were on with balloons and bubbles floating everywhere! Then a sweet melody of a birthday song filled the air "Happy Birthday to you... Happy birthday deer Tahreem "
Alas! What a surprise! That was the best birthday in my life! I will never forget that birthday forever in my life.....
