have food - it means that asking them to have their food(present tense)
had food - it means that finished or over(past tense)

maryjessicka: if the lunch is not over then you have to use have suppose if the lunch is over then you have to use had
vineetakumar30: o.. okkkkkkkk............!
koikoikoi: oksss
koikoikoi: but i heard that if its happended in between 2 hours/3 hours,we can use have...we will use had only for the things its happened before one week or before some days...am i r8?
vineetakumar30: no, past is still past
koikoikoi: but i am asking that we dont know lunch is over or not...so we want ask that have you taken it..so wat will we use ..have or had
maryjessicka: better you use present
maryjessicka: are you learning spoken english?
koikoikoi: nope
koikoikoi: why?
