Even in more advanced countries with law to prevent gender discrimination, women still earn less than man and receive less respect . Reducing gender discrimination is a lofty goal with many obstacles. Though government regulations certainly help the situation , the real method to reduce gender discrimination is through education and changing the ways that people think about gender rules.

2. Most countries still have laws that make it harderfor women to work than man. This inequality shortages not only women but also entire economise .Women are more likely to be financially and economically active in nations that prohibit sexual harassment in the workplace.
