• It is very diffucult to recycle.

• There are 2 types of plastic

1. Thermosetting plastic
2. Thermo plastics

• Thermoplastics are very hard and cannot be remoulded again if once they are moulded in shape even by heating.Ex - handles of pans , electrical switches, bowls, plates etc.

• Where Thermoplastics are not very hard we can press and change their shape and they can be remoulded again.Ex- polythene, toyscarry bags, plastic coverings on electric wires etc.
